Any lender-facing guarantee is expected to be issued by the relevant licensed insurance company through its own risk-acceptance process. ReserveCo, the Riverwell platform, lenders and insurers each have distinct roles. The specific responsibilities of all parties remain subject to final legal, regulatory and commercial documentation.
